Privacy policy

Short version: we use what you send us to evaluate your property and talk to you about it. We do not sell it, and we are not a lead generator.

What we collect

Only what you give us — typically your name, phone number, the property address, and whatever you tell us about the property or your situation. If you submit the form on this site, it goes directly to our own database hosted on Cloudflare — it is not sent to any third-party form service, marketing platform, or lead broker.

What we do with it

We use it to research the property, prepare an offer, and contact you about it. If we move forward, we share what is necessary with the title company handling the closing. That is the extent of it.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not pass it to other investors, wholesalers, agents, or lead-buying services. We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Stopping contact

Tell us to stop and we stop — reply STOP to a text, or email offers@xktandem.com. You can ask us to delete what we hold on you at the same time and we will.

This site

This site is static and sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. It is served through Cloudflare, which processes request data such as IP address for security and performance.
